#157 pdbparse no output for 1wif.pdb
I have the structure module from EMBASSY installed. After finding an example on
http://emboss.sourceforge.net/apps/cvs/embassy/structure/pdbparse.html I created a
subdir structure and deposited a test pdb file. The program 'pdbparse' has run but
without any results. Here is the stdout for this run;
[mehta@portal ~]$ pdbparse
