Okay, I'd like to suggest that you go look at the escadanet.org website.  This 
is a non-profit organization with several different partners that our company 
started.  We are trying to provide a large, visible place for the old SCADA 
crowd to find out about new technologies.  We are a Java shop, and as I have 
shared in the past, we have an interest in promoting the use of Java both 
through this organization, and through partnerships with others using Java in 
the SCADA arena.

I can certainly take up the task of talking up this project on the Jini 
community lists that I am on.  I would guess that there are perhaps a handful 
of people interested and able to contribute.  The Sun engineers might actually 
be the most interested, as they seem to be looking for a good public example 
of the v2.0 code.
