#11 SMTPSettings - port option are restricted to 100

The port settings are restricted from 0 to 100. Is there any way we can edit this value to 578? Can the existing compiled code be modified to add this value – such as with an binary editor? I have the source code, which file would I need to edit to increase the variable “Port” field to 999. Any information would greatly be appreciated.
