It seems like the decoding of the name (=the subject) did not work
correctly in that case and then Alfresco stumbles over the "/". Can you
provide such an email in the original format to test it? Compress it
before you send it to the list so that it stays intact.

Alfresco Community 2.1
EEM Proxy 1.9.0
Postfix 2.4.5
Some of our mail is correctly archived but some is not. When archiving
fails, the Alfresco space will contain a zero file with a very long
name. Sometimes nothing at all appears in the space.
Alfresco has been recording regular errors that seem to correspond with
the failed archives. They look like this:
