emacs 24.5.1, the manuals can't be opened

I downloaded emacs-bin-w64-24.5.7z, had it extracted and double-clicked runemacs.exe to run it. The following were noticed.

After launching emacs, typing ctrl-h r, got message “No such node or anchor: Top”.

Typing ctrl-h i, chose “Emacs”, got message “Uncompression program `gzip' not found”.

I ran this on both Win7 and Win8. It behaved the same.

Thanks. I have just noticed that when Gzip is not installed, the operation will fail. I have uploaded a new snapshot "emacs-bin-w64-20150515-1d1581a.7z" with the uncompressed info. Can you give it a try? If it works as expected, I will recompile the 24.5.

OK. I recompile version 24.5 and uplead as "emacs-bin-w64-24.5-1.7z".
