#1 DNS(P) 7.0 EMACS 21.1 problem

Hello all,

first of all it is great to find a group of VR enthusiasts.
I have tried to install the VR mode as specified in the
readme document, but no matter what I do I keep
getting the same error.

When I press M-x vr-mode, a new window comes out,
and then I get the following message
IDGEngineControl ... failed
And and everything stops.

I have Windows 2000, I run Dragon naturally speaking
version seven preferred, and I run Emacs
21.2.1

Any advice?
