[Emacs-vr-mode-users] Couldn't create DgnEngineControl objext

Hi,

I am trying to install VR Mode and all seems well until I try to activate it 
and then I get a dialog

Couldn't create DgnEngineControl object (0x80004002)

I get this on a WinXP machine with DNS 8 and a Win98 machine with DNS 5 so I 
seem to be consistently doing something wrong.

I am using Emacs 21 although VR Mode says it doesn't work so well with it.  
I can't seem to find pre-version 21 releases of Emacs for Windows.  But the 
error message sounds more like a VR <-> DNS problem than an Emacs one.

I tried following some of the source code and realised that I didn't have 
some of the header files, dnssdk.h for one.  I though that the DNS RDK from 
the VR project on sourceforge might have it but I have installed it and the 
header file is still nowhere to be found.  The DNS RDK install seems a bit 
strange in that it says that it is preparing InstallShield and then it 
finishes, should it do more?

I would be grateful for any help.
