#1 Dynamic *Template Message* window size

I really like the *Template Message* window, but I
would like to have it take only the amount of frame real
estate necessary to display the number of lines that it
contains. For example if it contains two lines of text it
would be only two lines tall, if it contains four lines of
text it would be four lines tall.
