Because I already use XMPP in my Android, using Conversations, and I want to use XMPP in my GNU Emacs too. I will only use clients that support encryption that Conversations supports (OMEMO or OpenPGP). Without that I won't use such client. That is why I have been using Profanity, on my PC. But XMPP on GNU Emacs would be best, that is why I am looking forward for OMEMO in jabber.el. Any news about OMEMO in jabber.el? |
