[elysium-cvs] Primitive scheduler added

Things are really working out well tonight :-) ... I've managed to add a
(primitive) scheduler to the Elysium kernel. It's driven by the timer
interrupt (IRQ 0), and seems to work. I'll do more extensive testing
later.
