i was expecting an update to happen but i did not see it, may be because Christophe got much less time on his hands out of his job. this is regarding the home page of eLynx at: http://elynx.sourceforge.net/en/index.html
on that page it says this:
eLynx state?
* eLynx has been tested on:
- Windows XP, Windows 2000,
- Linux Suse 10.1, Debian 'Unstable', ubuntu 6.10, BLAG.
#1 i think we can safely add CRUX and Arch64 (in Linux) to this list as they have got tested now.
#2 i don't know whether this is important or not but according to my view, we need to be explicit in what Debian Sid (Unstable) we are referring to. 2 months ago, Debian Sid referred to Debian "etch" and today it refers to Debian "lenny". also what BLAG version ? i tested it on 60000 and it worked fine there.
please do reply...it seems like no communication is happening on eLynx. i think we, as eLynx community need to get an edge in developing eLynx into high-quality astronomical application. i think it will be good if all software people read this:
