#14 Binaries v Source

I can run up the binary version of the client with no problem. (Mostly) everything seems to work. However I can not get the client to work when running under Eclipse. There are loads of support files (*.xml, *.properties etc) and no instructions about what they are or where they live. I keep running into dead ends and don't really have time to step through all the code to figure out which bits are missing.

Please can you write a bit more about what goes where.
