#13 Missing maps/*, continues instead of stopping

Documentation does not mention all the other files needed to run Elvyx gui from source. Specifically maps/* is not mentioned anywhere.
If the maps/* files are missing program continues silently, openning up the gui window but the log reports could not connect to db.
