#19 Arbitrary Colour Choices

It would be excellent for elmo to support arbitrary
choices of colour by the user for any element of its
interface.

To me, this would particularly matter for the
background. I don't like the default black -- it's too
dark. Something like mutt's 'default' colour choice,
which inherits that of the terminal setting, would be
an ideal part of arbitrary colour choice.

It seems to me, like it is already done. You can set colour
of almost any part of the program. Refer to
doc/sample.elmorc - there is a part called "look & feel".
Please let us know, what you still miss.
