#20 add accounts (and folders) + html

this is not a (real) bug report.
but...(elmo.sourceforge.net is broken so i submit here)
i like elmo very much but i found little information about:
1)how to create more than one pop account keeping separate the relative folders( i tried to duplicate some lines in ~/.elmorc but it doesn't work)
2)how to view html messages as plain text

security problem:
~/.elmorc shows the passwords without encryption!

warning:i am quite newbie to linux-unix :)
