A bit of maintenance for the 1.7.0 client release. Fix display for larger than expected images like the Bloodsucker maps. Fixed issue with CTRL-TAB not working sometimes.
Updated map data for EL client 1.4.0 release Added ctrl+f option to start mark search - like the client. Fixed a few issues with ctrl+key/mouse combinations.

Now derive map scales from elm files - mapdata scales no longer required.
Derive list of maps from all the elm files in the map directory. This means when new maps are added, they can been seen even if not configured in the map data files.
Home/End keys jump to C1 and C2 overview maps.
Can now define jump to map shortcuts using function keys.
