Node/Unode locator in Zoom: Allow node/unode info (positions and ids)
to be printed in the case that there are no attributes.

F_INCR_S and F_BULK_S deprecated. Use INCR_S and BULK_S

preferences.cc:
typo (TRIPLE should be TRIPLES) prevented display of triple nodes only
