basetable.cc - Fixes to viewing and changing attributes from GUI
preferences.cc, .h - Reworking so user changes in colour, line are reflected
in the preferences GUI for Bnodes and Boundaries. Removed static bitmaps.
Still needs work, unodes not done and line width not changing in main canvas.
settings.h - Add stress attributes to GUI
showelle.cc - Add stress attributes.
Node/Unode locator in Zoom: Allow node/unode info (positions and ids)
to be printed in the case that there are no attributes.
