plotaxes code updated to match stand-alone plotaxes_b. Showelle
includes the user options in the runopts dialogue so plotaxes uses them
to control stereonet output

plotaxes user options to allow reversing row order in caxis output files
for unodes; sample size for unodes; turn off caxis output
These options added to showelle so user can use runopts dialog to change
the values - temporary fix - separate dialogue may be better?

Change to ElleReassignUnodes. May not be necessary but shifts the pt
slightly in the other direction if pt in region is not finding a flynn

Fix for larger flynns where closest bnode may be on other side of cell
so make sure the position is relative to pt.
