Fix for larger flynns where closest bnode may be on other side of cell
so make sure the position is relative to pt.

Change unode ordering to convention unode 0 is at (0,0) cartesian (base
left). Previously, unode 0 was given position (0,1), pixel convention.
elle2ebsd assumed unode 0 at (0,0)
