EULER_RGB creates a colour using alpha (red), beta (green), gamma
(blue)

Imakefile has SUBDIR FFT_vs9.0_nonorthoFFT rather than fft

Add fft viscoplastic code in dir FFT_vs9.0_nonorthoFFT (for now). This
will build a version assuming 256x256x1 points which will be installed
in the elle bin directories as FFT_vs256. Leave all the .sx files here
for now. Maybe moved to elle/extras.
PPC15E-9.02.FOR has one change: to close the temp.out file (98) after
reading.
