Fixed bug that stopped plotting of flynn boundaries over unode plots

ElleInitNodeAttribute() did not check whether the attribute was already
active. Multiple entries could occur in the attribute list.

added multiples of 90° rotation of bnodes option

fix crash on OnCloseWindow under windows

change save movie default to png as it gives better quality AND smaller images

modified how to select import variables (now using user values) and
change "print" commands to "log".

Check for case where unode is not in any element (rounding may put it
outside the mesh?). This could result in erroneous position calculations
so for now we will not change the position.
