Changes to ElleInitUnodes - new func which accepts parameter defining the
pattern for unodes in the unit cell (square or hexagonal grid)
Minor change so that flynn unode lists are only generated if there are
active flynns. Allows files of unodes to be generated and displayed -
they can be appended to elle files later.
