my linux version could not read the 3 bullet chars so I replaced them all with spaces

put rainbow.cmap in zip

clamped unode U_PHASE between -1 and 2. In shelle files, sent stdout to /dev/null to stop freezing

Experiments 01 and 02 - substituted the elleX.cmap
Experiment 04 - substituted rainbow.cmap as the default red-blue was
hard to interpret for this experiment. Still need to clamp the min-max
for the stress.

fixed typos and removed some experiments

Moved the call to ElleUpdate out of lattice. It is now called once per
stage from experiment.cc.
Hope this has not broken anything.
