fix BIN path

small changes for string comparisons, bigger changes for saving pictures. They are saved but pictures are heavily distorted if the OpenGL-Window does not fit the frame. Unsure why...

Make.win - add *.exe to clean
split.elle.cc - changed rand to Erand (gsl) call.
rand still in a few processes but not high priority now

exp10.elle had changed - putting back the original

fixed params in bat file
elle_tbh needs elle file with 4 strain vals not just E_XX

update bat file

major changes to elle.iss including web address and build path
