Just modified buttons so its easier to guess which one to use...

canvas.cc wxstart.cc settings.h - changes for plotting segments with colours
reflecting the misorientation. Probably needs an overhaul but not now.
Put drawsegment() in plotcode and wxplotcode so Postscript and screen
output work from the same display.cc code.
dsettings.cc, preferences.cc - changes so that attribute range is
displayed when an attribute is selected.

configure in utilities/matrix looks for install.sh to set the dir for
these files. They will need to be here when the whole package changes
over so will put them here now.

new wxplotcode, small changes in a lot of things, mainly the preferences window. It is now possible to save out stereonets (under graphics->Save).
