crossings.cc - ElleSetPosition moves node but does not update attributes
- changed call to ElleUpdatePosition
file.cc - put unode voronoi calculation in for file containing unodes
unodes.cc - commented out a lot of debugging output for voronoi
flynnarray.h - getDfltAttribute did not return err value

nodes on straight boundaries were pinned with gg ray calc

added option to exchange. Bug fixed which cp file from last step so deformation missed

alternative uses gg method to get move vector

GBMUnodeUpdate.cc - fixed bug in setting sweep, enrich put in recently.
crossings.cc - try to merge with flynn neighbour which has compatible
attributes. Needs more work.
check.cc - triple switching back in
display.cc - found an elle file with blank region. Adjusting eps fixed
it.
splitting.cc - extra check in case flynn has been removed
nodes.cc - GetRay in libelle

basil2elle.cc Don't write FLYNN_STRAIN if interpolating onto fixed mesh.
Code needs to be reworked for this case

ms.ppm.elle - replacing inverted example

show.main.cc - code tidy. No functional change

gbdiff.elle.cc: Changed it to ignore Timestep if user specifies number
of stages. User beware - no checks in this case.
