GBMUnodeUpdate.cc - fixed bug in setting sweep, enrich put in recently.
crossings.cc - try to merge with flynn neighbour which has compatible
attributes. Needs more work.
check.cc - triple switching back in
display.cc - found an elle file with blank region. Adjusting eps fixed
it.
splitting.cc - extra check in case flynn has been removed
nodes.cc - GetRay in libelle

basil2elle.cc Don't write FLYNN_STRAIN if interpolating onto fixed mesh.
Code needs to be reworked for this case

ms.ppm.elle - replacing inverted example

show.main.cc - code tidy. No functional change

gbdiff.elle.cc: Changed it to ignore Timestep if user specifies number
of stages. User beware - no checks in this case.

polygon.cc: error in RegionExpanding initialisation

code for win batch file output. Added exchange process

flynns were inverted

problem reassigning unodes, showed up on Win32

don't include ppm.h

elle2poly does topology test after reading tmp.elle.
Need to rewrite tmp.elle in case topology has changed,
else basil2elle will be confused
