Elle Microstructural Modelling SVN Code

elle2poly does topology test after reading tmp.elle.
Need to rewrite tmp.elle in case topology has changed,
else basil2elle will be confused

xpak.c, cmndefs.h - just a bit of code to generate the elleX colourmap

misorient.cc: fix code calling Log
tripoly.c: only write poly file if debugging
runopts.cc: make sure ElleSetDisplay(0) for batch mode
Imakefile: add image.c to srcs and link into batch and X base lib

Code to read ppm file. Very basic.

Removed need for netpbm lib
Changed so that GUI versions allow user to open image file which is then
converted. Data kept in memory til user saves. Free memory so several
files can be converted and saved before closing app.

Never needed netpbm but included headers?? Cleaned it out and fixed
SaveRoot setting.
