Imakefiles updated for new build which includes wx

polygon.cc - added RegionExpanding fn to basecode

GBMUnodeUpdate.cc - tidy includes and rgn_exp code

attribarray.cc, unodes - add unode attributes

bflynns,display,file,lut,nodes,regions,unodes - changes to link with either wx or x11 plotcode
flynns, flynnarray, interface - jkb added FlynnColor
jkb fns for writing gzip files

parseopts - commented out colourmap command line option - clashes with
wx colourmaps

tripoly - split out fn to read poly files. Needed for euler basil so
keep codes the same

adding polygon fns to basecode

adding zip fns to basecode

checkangle - changed checkangle.elle.cc so it is the only src file

reposition - add a doubles check

convert/basil/elle2poly.h - increase number of interior pts as high
strain flynns can consist of many polygons wrapped into cell

tbh, recovery - added code for updating unode attributes if present.

statistics - tried to generalise so no crash or garbage output if
particular attributes (eg AGE) were not present

main has added lines to set it to run one stage and save. Assume that is
the only way it would be used?
elle file has added code to update unode viscosity if present.
