#19 Hierarchy of tasks

Sometimes task is too complicated to be represented as
one item. But spliting it to the big amount of separate
tasks is not good idea too.

It will be nice to have the ability to make the "Tree
like Hierarchy" of tasks. The root and folders of suth
a tree is general description of the logical group of
tasks. The leafs is real one quantum of tasks.

IMHO bugs can be grouped by the developer in some
hierarchy on the fly too. Of course, there are
sup-project and domain, but it must be defined only in
admin mode and hasn't deep hierarchy enough.
