#77 Forward Issue option broken
In the Validate options for an issue (Save, Assign,
etc) I am being shown the following :
!IssueDetail.ForwardBulle! {drop down box}
(!IssueDetail.SupportComment!*)
in between the "Save" and "Change the domain" options.
The options in the drop-down are projects, implying
that an issue can be moved from one project to another
by selecting a project name and clicking Validate.
If this is done, no error is displayed, but when the
"target" project issue list is subsequently displayed,
an Error page is shown with :
ToString : java.lang.Exception: Nature 16 not found !
PrintStackTrace is blank
The only workaround seems to be to create a new user -
no other users are affected by the problem but for the
given user no combination of resposibility and domain
changes allows the project issue list to be displayed
as it was previously.
Likely, all of the consequences above are due to
selecting the "IssueDetail.ForwardBulle!" etc option
when something is obviously wrong and I have advised
our Elips users not to attempt it.
So - is this at all a configuration issue causing the
option to be displayed and processed incorrectly? Is it
a known issue (in which case apologies for this report)
, and if so is there an ETA on a version where it will
be fixed?
The attached PNG is a screenshot of the error page as
displayed in Firefox. When IE is used there is no error
page and no list either - everything below the blue
rectangle is blank. Elips version used is 1.5.6.
