#61 deleting su leads to problems

hi.

1. Run CreateElipsDBMySQL.sql to initalize Elips.
2. log in as company admin (su/root)
3. create a new admin and delete the old one (su)
4. log out
from now i can't see any way to get logged in into the
application administration-section. the only way is to
reinit Elips (ok i could create a new 'su' but i don't
know if this would work at all).

Process should be:
3. create a new admin and assign him as company admin
4. logout and login as application admin (su/root)
5. assign the new admin as company admin
6. logout and login again as company admin (su/root)
7. delete su
8. logout

Otherwise you can add the admin trigram to the table
application_admin and/or company_admin (I think this should
work).

Or alternatively change the su password:
1. assign su to a project.
2. login as su and change the password.
Or:
1. change the password of any user to the desired value.
2. copy the hash from this user to the su user (table USERS).
