If dbconnect.php is unable to connect to the mysql database,
it fails ungracefully. A better thing to do is to show a failure
page; or at least pipe the mysql failure message to the end
of the web page and then end the headers correctly.
My web server wont serve up the pages because after failing
to connect to the db, it doesn't close the html headers.
