&lt;p&gt;This library would support the parsing and generation of machine code. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The idea here is to specify CPU instruction sets in textual form and to use these specifications to then generate code to decode and encode an instruction stream. &lt;/p&gt;
