I used to build additional documentation on (uptil)
FreeBSD 8.2 earlier -- the "latex-pgf" package
used to be a pre-requisite.

Per memory, I had trimmed the
INSTALL stanza for FreeBSD in [r3289]
<https://sourceforge.net/p/elftoolchain/code/3289>,
in a bid to keep my overheads down.

Please feel free to add it back though.
