[Elftoolchain-developers] portable format strings?

Are there elftoolchain-blessed format strings Dwarf_Off, Dwarf_Addr,
etc?

The other leading brand of libdwarf provides macros such as DW_PR_DUx,
which works for Dwarf_Unsigned like PRIx64 does for uint64_t.
