[Elftoolchain-developers] [Headsup] Branching v0.5

Hello All,

It is time to branch our source tree, in preparation for the upcoming
v0.5 release.

Our source tree has been stable and passing its tests for the past few
weeks.  If you have pending work that would require the creation of
the branch in SVN to be deferred, please do let me know (and please
also create a ticket in Trac associated with the RELEASE_0_5 milestone
for tracking your task).

Otherwise, I plan to create the branch in SVN within a day or so.

After the branch has been created development work can continue in
trunk/, with controlled merges of changes from trunk to the release
branch as and when needed.
