is to remove debugging sections and debugging symbols.

debugging sections are identified by their names:

	  ".debug*",
	  ".gnu.linkonce.wi.*",
          ".line*",
          ".stab*",

debugging symbols has symbol type STT_SECTION or STT_FILE.
