#358 ContactList and access-check

A user has already the possiblity to configure the access to his albums.
(/index.php?module=mediashare&type=edit&func=access&aid=xyz)

line1: users
line2: admins
line3: guests

What do you think about another line "contacts"? :-)
So that mediashare looks (API) into the module "ContactList" if the current viewer has access to a specific album.

We could use it, if only "buddies" should have access to albums.
