#354 Upload photos via e-mail

Have the ability to upload a photo to a mediashare gallery via e-mail. This would allow the addition of images from mobile phones when computer access in unavailable much like flickr and Picassa currently have.

Perhaps develop a "language" to use in the subject line of the e-mail to instruct php on where to put the photo... something like: "album:2008:Events:Christmas"

and a similar language in the body of the e-mail... "title:'Christmas at Home'description:'Look at all the gifts'"

Further, enable the creation of an album via e-mail...
"new_album:2008:Events:New Years"

Etc...
