#345 Two words for one tag

I would like to add tags that consist of two words (or a word and a number, or more words, ...) and are not separated in the search or in the tag cloud. For instance should "Holiday 2007" be one tag, or "Sri Lanka". May be implemented by using "quotation marks" in the input field, until now this has no effect at all.
