#71 editorsetup.js breaks xinha-functions

it seems that xinha and htmlarea3 handle the
editorsetup.js file in a different way, at least xinha
seems to have troubles, when the javascript file is
used for modifying the editor.
in pubtypes where i use the .js file i get javascript
errors and malfunctioning buttons.

to me it seems, that this problem occurs only when using
firefox.
