Using Feproc and FormExpress, when a user submit a new
publication it is directly published whithout admin
approval.
There is a bug in FEProc Pagesetter handlers
This one's a bit difficult. You assume that the publication
type is associated with a workflow that has admin approval
AND you assume this is what FEProc should do.
But Pagesetter cannot know this - it only knows that it has
one or more workflow actions available for it - it doesn't know
what these do. _You_ do that - because you can read the
workflow action title, but the program don't.
So I think the setup needs to be extended with a workflow
action reference. This will although have to wait until a nother
day.
