#155 limit of albums in mediashare

Unfortunatly, after aprox 5000 albums, to add a new one takes about 2 minutes 99% cpu from mysql.
This because ms handles the hierachie structure of the folders in a very uneconomic way :(
and has to update each album separete.
to add one new album means x SQL upates (x = existing albums)
