Deleting publication version breaks revision history

When a publication version has been deleted from the revision history, the publication entry itself was deleted, but the revision history ist still the same, i.e. the version was not deleted from the revision history and thus the predecessor / successor connections point to non existing revisions.
If one deletes the version of a publication, that ist currently online, no other revision will be set online, i.e. the publication isn't accessible any more.
