#141 filter show all does not show all publications

In Pagesetter 6.2.0.3 the filter option show all in the publist dialog did show all versions of all publications, regardles if the are online or offline or in depot, waiting or approved.

In Pagesetter 6.3 the filter option show all shows only one version per publication.

Show all = off hides publication versions from the depot.

Show all = on shows only one version from the depot. If there are more than one versions in the depot, only one of them is shown. The online version is hidden in this case.

This is rather confusing.
