I have a question regarding the Vmin and Vmax value of the system vhile using its own reg controllers. I'm using ieee 34 bus system and added one DG to it. My problem is that when I simulate it for a day, the node voltage values have less than 0.95 pu at some hours for some nodes which is not acceptable in my case.
My question is how can i force the system to have voltages under all loading condition between 0.95 and 1.05 pu?

OpenDSS simulates the system and voltage regulation devices as they actually operate. It will not magically force the voltages to be anything you might specify with Vmin and Vmax parameters. Those are used only as reference values for various reports and other functions.
Your job is to figure out how to set the RegControl objects so that they will achieve your voltage regulation goals. When you have done this, you will have learned a lot about how real devices actually work.
Manufacturers of regulators provide several instruction manuals on line that describe how to set regulators. Check Siemens, Cooper/Eaton, Beckwith sites. Also, if you have access to Kersting's book, it has a good section on utility voltage regulators.

Actually, for now I solved my problem adding extra capacitor to a bus in the system, but since I have option to do it by setting regcontrol objects, my solution can not be the optimal way to solve it. I'll read in depths to learn to do it by regcontrollers objects. Thanks for your advice Roger.
