#2 GUI Show greyed out

The 'Show' button greys out and makes it impossible to
view the camera if the display window is closed.

To reproduce this bug:

1. Start up ee_gui
2. Start up ee_camera
3. Click on the camera in the GUI and click Go
4. Click Show
5. Close the display window
--> Show is greyed out
