    Hi there,

Im getting troubles with the populaton of the tables. When loading the elcAdmin-sql-base-X.X.sql script some tables are created, but some some of them show an error.

error 1171: All parts of a Primary Key musb be not null; if you need a null key, use unique instead; I guess that these problems are realated to a wrong sql syntax...  or probably the script provided in this release does not match with the system.

Can you help me with this?

    Regards.

I've fixed this problem and have uploaded a new sql-base script.

        Hi Jonathan,

        many thanks for your answers.

Now I have other problems that might be the platform requirements.

        when using elcAdmin with the
following configuration the webserver crashes and
        reboot itself,

I will try to test it using solaris 8, linux or windows based machines, and Apache or IIS as webservers.

It is a little is strange that the SunOne webserver crashes when using elcAdmin,I have been using  similar technologies and I've never had such a problems, I will try to upgrade Smarty and let you know if it works with.

    Hi there,

as I expected, it was an asql syntax error and  I have created those tables aready.

Now I'm trying to access the system but the web browser shows me this error:

Warning: fetch(templates_c/%%45^45E^45E480CD%%index.tpl.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in/export/home/elcAdmin/Smarty/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1247

Warning: fetch(): Failed opening 'templates_c/%%45^45E^45E480CD%%index.tpl.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /export/home/elcAdmin/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 124

I granted all provileges on the directory templates_c  but I still have these errors... any suggestion?

Hope to have any answer soon. thanks!

When I've had these problems, I've cleared out all the files in the templates_c directory.  That is Smarty's caching stuff and sometimes it gets out of synch.
